By ordering, hailing, or boarding a Zip Ride Enterprise, LLC. vehicle all riders commit to adhere to the Rider Code of Conduct and Safety Commitments at all times. Failure to follow the Rider Code of Conduct and Safety Commitments may result in the rider/s being exited from the vehicle with forfeiture of pre-paid fees and potential loss of future rides.

All Riders also agree by ordering, hailing, or boarding: ZIP RIDE ENTERPRISE LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Rider Code of Conduct and Safety Commitments:

• Riders will respect and adhere to the directions given by the driver at all times

• Driver withholds the right to deny any ride request when Driver/Rider safety is in question

• Riders must to be respectful to other vehicles and pedestrians

• Riders will keep all hands, feet and personal items inside the vehicle at all times

• Riders will not throw any items from the vehicle

• Riders will not consume open alcohol or smoke a lit cigarette or cigar on the vehicle

• Florida Law requires that all front seat passengers and all passengers under the age of 18 fasten their safety belts. For your safety we require all passengers where their seatbelt

• Drivers will only drive within the identified Boundary Map, exceptions made for pre-planned events and tours

• Intentional damage to Zip Ride property will result in immediate rider removal, billing for repair and potential loss of all future rides

• Riders on a brewery or bar tour must be 21 years of age or older

• Parents/Guardians are responsible for all minors following the full Rider Code of Conduct and Safety Commitments. All riders must be six years of age or older

• Digital payments required before ride starts for a digital footprint protecting the Riders and Drivers personal safety

• Riders will make payment and tip only to the Zip Ride Enterprise, LLC displayed QR codes

• No Cash onboard and only digital payments and tips accepted

• ZIP RIDE ENTERPRISE LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
